In our pursuit of excellence and to further support our growth, we are seeking a talented Technical Implementation Analyst to join our dedicated customer success team. This role is tailored towards individuals with a technical background, focusing on providing comprehensive support from a technical perspective, including key responsibilities such as data management and template customization.
What you'll be doing
✅ You'll contribute to delivering projects, while maintaining our high standards of customer service and teamwork. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to specialize in a functional domain that interests you.
✅ You’ll dive into the customer’s business to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. This involves gathering detailed information about the scope, goals, and constraints.
✅ You’ll translate the customer's workflow into the appropriate configuration within the TMS. You’ll customise settings and support in integrating various components to build the desired solution.
✅ You'll assist in defining data mappings and transformations, ensuring that data formats, structures, and semantics align across different systems.
✅ You’ll provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing any technical issues or questions that arise. You’ll troubleshoot problems, provide resolutions, and escalate issues to higher-level support if necessary.
✅ You’ll work together with the customer onboarding team to develop onboarding resources, such as product demonstrations, tutorials, and technical FAQs.
Your Profile
✅ In-depth understanding and knowledge of transportation concepts. A background in fintech or accounting is a plus.
✅ Fluent in Excel.
✅ Basic scripting knowledge is a plus.
✅ Fluent proficiency in English and Dutch. Good knowledge of French earns you bonus points.
✅ Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to navigate software systems effectively.
✅ Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills.
✅ Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks with precision and punctuality.
✅ Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced startup environment.
