To support our expansion, we're seeking a Marketing Manager for our London office. This role presents a unique opportunity as our first marketing hire, ideal for individuals who thrive in pioneering roles. Join us in shaping the future of transportation!
In this role, you'll...
✅ Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in all active territories to promote Qargo’s TMS solution.
✅ Identify and target key market segments, creating tailored campaigns to reach potential clients.
✅ Manage all digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO, to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation.
✅ Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
✅ Cultivate relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customers to enhance brand reputation and credibility.
✅ Lead all marketing initiatives, both online and offline, including successfully organizing and representing Qargo at conferences, industry events and roadshows.
✅ Be responsible and accountable for inbound lead generation and work closely with our sales team, providing them with world-class sales collateral to improve conversion rates.
✅ Optimise the existing marketing and lead management processes, ensure these processes are built for scale. Identify potential gaps and recommend strategic improvements.
✅ Combine a strategic eye for long-term planning with a hands-on approach, willing to dive into the ground work to ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns.
Your Profile
✅ Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the tech industry, with a track record of successful campaign management and lead generation.
✅ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
✅ Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of marketing trends in the technology and transportation industry.
✅ Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvements.
✅ Someone with a ‘hunter’ mentality, always looking for ways to get more qualified leads and providing our sales team with the best in class materials/content to improve conversions.
